Configure your FileSeal account to reflect your professional identity and provide clients with a consistent, branded experience throughout their secure document interactions.

Quick Setup (3 Minutes)

Get professional-looking client communications in under 3 minutes:

Step 1: Access Settings (30 seconds)

  1. Log into your FileSeal dashboard
  2. Click your name/profile in the top right
  3. Select "Settings" or "Professional Profile"

Step 2: Essential Details (2 minutes)

Fill in these key fields:

  • Your Name: Full professional name as you want clients to see it
  • Professional Title: Choose from the dropdown or enter custom title
  • Company Name: Your business/practice name
  • Email: Your professional email address (clients see this for support)

Step 3: Save & Test (30 seconds)

  1. Click "Save" or "Update Profile"
  2. Create a test document request to see your branding in action
  3. Done! Your professional identity now appears in all client communications
