Your dashboard provides a centralized view of all document requests with real-time status updates and professional management tools.

Request Status Indicators

🟡 Pending

  • Meaning: Request sent, awaiting client upload
  • Client Action: Upload link active

🔵 Sealed

  • Meaning: Documents uploaded and encrypted
  • Client Action: Complete - link now inactive
  • Your Action: Download documents securely

🟢 Downloaded

  • Meaning: You've downloaded the documents
  • Client Action: Complete
  • Your Action: Documents available in your system

🔴 Expired

  • Meaning: Time limit exceeded before upload
  • Client Action: Link no longer works
  • Your Action: Create new request if needed

Navigation & Actions

Creating New Requests

  1. Click "Seal New Request" button
  2. Fill client details and message
  3. Set expiry timeframe
  4. Send secure upload link

Managing Existing Requests

  • View Details: Click request row for full information
  • Download Files: Click download button when status is "Sealed"
